3-4: Hop Scotch Spring Beer & Scotch Festival, Seattle, WA

Bold Hat Productions presents the 2015 Hop Scotch Spring Beer and Scotch Festival, which will take place at Fremont Studios in Seattle. This two-day event will feature more than 50 craft beers, including special releases, from Northwest breweries, along with Scotch and Northwest whiskey-tasting flights. There will also be an educational program, and food will be available for purchase.

4: LA Beer Festival, Los Angeles, CA

DrinkEatPlay presents the seventh annual LA Beer Festival, which will take place at LA Center Studios in Los Angeles. There will be afternoon and evening tasting sessions, each with more than 200 beers. Two live bands will perform, and 15 food trucks will be at the venue. VIP tickets, with early admission and a special selection of beers, are available.

4-11: Tri-Cities Craft Beer Week, Johnson City and Kingsport, TN, and Bristol, VA

The 2015 Tri-Cities Craft Beer Week will take place at at breweries, bars, restaurants, stores, and other venues in Johnson City, Kingsport, and Bristol, and nearby communities. This eight-day celebration, to be held in one of the nation’s fastest-growing craft beer regions, will feature events such as beer dinners and beer and food pairings, tours, meet-the-brewer events, release parties, tap takeovers, tastings, and specially-priced drinks.

10-11: Bierfestival Groningen, Groningen, The Netherlands

The fifth annual Beerfestival Groningen will take place at the Martinkerk. This two-day, three-session event will feature a wide variety of domestic and imported beers, both on draft and in bottles. There will also be an educational program, professional and amateur brewing competitions, and a beer and food competition.

10: From the Barrel, Santa Margarita, CA

Firestone Walker Brewing Company and the historic Santa Margarita Ranch present From the Barrel, which will take place at the ranch. This 1920s-themed evening event will feature barrel-aged beers, bourbons, and ports, along with live music and food from Central Coast restaurants. VIP tickets, with early admission, are available. The festival charity is the Woods Humane Society.

10-11: Okanagan Fest-of-Ale, Penticton, BC, Canada

The 20th annual Okanagan Fest-of-Ale will be held at the Penticton Trade & Convention Centre. This two-day event, called the Consumer Tasting, will feature beer from 30 breweries, most of them from British Columbia; and festival-goers are invited to vote for the "People's Choice" winning beers. There will also be live entertainment, along with food from Penticon-area restaurants. Net proceeds will go to local charities.

11: Big Texas Beer Fest, Dallas, TX

The fourth annual Big Texas Beer Fest will take place at the Fair Park Automobile Building on the Texas State Fairgrounds in Dallas. This afternoon event will feature more than 400 beers from over 100 breweries, including some from Texas. There will be live entertainment, and food vendors and food trucks will be at the venue. VIP tickets, with early admission, are available. Part of the proceeds will go to the North Texas Food Bank.

11: Blue Chip Brewfest, Michigan City, IN

The Blue Chip Casino, Hotel & Spa, in Michigan City, will host the fifth annual Blue Chip Brewfest. This afternoon event will take place in the Stardust Event Center. It will feature beer from a wide variety of craft breweries, including breweries from Indiana and Michigan. VIP tickets, with early admission and a special selection of beers, and Brewmaster packages, with a VIP ticket and lunch with a brewmaster, are available.

11: Bootheel Beer Fest, Poplar Bluff, MO

Bootheel United Zymurgist presents the inaugural Bootheel Beer Fest, which will take place at the Ad Grotto in Poplar Bluff. This afternoon event includes both tasting and a homebrew competition. It will feature beer from more than 30 breweries, along with live music and food to pair with the beer. VIP tickets, with early admission and a special selection of beers, are available. This year’s charity is Cape Arrowhead.

11: Gitchee Gumee Brewfest, Superior, WI

The 17th annual Gitchee Gumee Brewfest will be held at the University of Wisconsin-Superior's Wessman Arena. This late-afternoon event, which is a fund-raiser for the Superior Jaycees, will feature more than 100 beers from over 35 breweries, many of them from Wisconsin and Minnesota. Food will be available for purchase. VIP tickets, with early admission and complimentary food, are available.

11: Sacramento Ball Sack and Beer Fest, Sacramento, CA

The second annual Sacramento Ball Sack and Beer Fest will be held at Wake Island Watersports in Pleasant Grove. This family-friendly afternoon event, with an “Old-Time Country Fair” theme, will feature beer from more than 30 breweries, including beers not normally available in the Sacramento area. There will also be an educational program; live music; food for purchase; and a variety of carnival attractions, including a dunk tank and potato-sack races.

11: Thirsty Orange Brew Extravaganza, Johnson City, TN

Superfly Fabulous Events presents the fourth annual Thirsty Orange Brew Extravaganza, which will take place at a new venue, the Millennium Center Courtyard. This event, which closes Tri-Cities Craft Beer Week, will feature more than 150 beers, along with infused beverages, mixed drinks, and shandies. The festival also hosts the Tennessee Championship of Beers. There will be entertainment, including a DJ, limbo dancers, and a 5-K color run. The festival charity is Trout Unlimited.

12: Classic City Brew Fest, Athens, GA

The 20th annual Classic City Brew Fest will be held at the Graduate Athens Hotel, formerly the Foundry Park Inn, in downtown Athens. This afternoon event, which is part of Athens Craft Beer Week, will feature around 350 regional and international beers, plus a cask ale pavilion with over 20 one-off Real Ales. There will be live music, and food will be available for purchase. Proceeds will go to the Athens Area Humane Society.

14-17: Craft Brewers Conference and BrewExpo America, Denver, CO

The Brewers Association presents the 2015 Craft Brewers Conference and BrewExpo America, which will take place in Portland. This event is North America's number-one educational event for professional brewers, with four different learning tracks. Other activities include trade shows, a wholesalers' conference, an educational program, a keynote speaker and seminars, and brewery tours.

15-18: Newcastle Beer Festival, Newcastle Upon Tyne, England

The Tyneside & Northumberland Branch of the Campaign for Real Ale presents the 39th annual Newcastle Beer Festival, which will take place at Northumbria University Students Union in Newcastle upon Tyne. This four-day event will feature 138 Real Ales, with an emphasis on beers from The North East, along with 40 ciders 15 perries, and a “pyder.” Food will be available for purchase, and there will be live music on Saturday.

17-18: Boston Beer Summit, Boston, MA

BeerSummit presents the 17th annual Boston Beer Summit, which will take place at the Park Plaza Castle. This two-day, three-session event will feature more than 200 domestic and imported beers, including seasonal beers, from over 60 breweries. There will also be live entertainment.

17-18: Peoria Jaycees International Beer Festival, Peoria, IL

The Peoria Jaycees present the 23rd annual International Beer Festival, which will take place at the Peoria Exposition Gardens. This two-day event will feature more than 200 beers at Friday evening's session, and around 450 at Saturday's all-day session. There will also be live music, including live bands and bagpipers; food from local restaurants; and food and merchandise vendors. VIP tickets, with early admission, a special selection of beers, and complimentary snacks, are available. Much of the proceeds from the festival will go to local charities.

18-25: Annapolis Beer Week, various locations, Annapolis, MD

Annapolis Beer Week 2015 will take place at breweries, bars, restaurants, stores, and other venues in and around Annapolis. Headline events of this eight-day celebration of craft beer include Drafts and Laughs and the Maryland Chicken Wing and Beer Festival. There will be many other events, such as a Beer Run, beer dinners and beer and food pairings, tours, meet-the-brewer events, release parties, tap takeovers, and tastings.

18: Bay Area Craft Beer Festival, Martinez, CA

Main Street Martinez presents the sixth annual Bay Area Craft Beer Festival, which will take place downtown at Waterfront Park. This afternoon event will feature beer from more than 30 breweries, all from west of the Mississippi. Two live bands will perform, and food from local restaurants will be available for purchase. A free shuttle will run between the festival venue and the North Concord BART station and Best Western John Muir Inn. Part of the proceeds will go to Main Street Martinez and local charities.

18: CityBeat Festival of Beers, San Diego, CA

CityBeat magazine presents the seventh annual CityBeat Festival of Beers, which will take place in front of the Lafayette Hotel in San Diego. This afternoon event will feature beer from more than 45 breweries, most of them from southern California. Three live bands will perform, and food will be available for purchase. VIP tickets, with early admission and a special selection of beers, are available. Proceeds will benefit the San Diego Music Foundation.

18: Dairy State Cheese & Beer Festival, Kenosha, WI

The eighth annual Dairy State Beer and Cheese Festival will be held at The Brat Stop in Kenosha. This afternoon event will feature beer from more than 40 breweries, many of them from Wisconsin. There will also be a selection of cheeses from around the state, live music, and food and merchandise for sale. VIP tickets are available. The festival is a benefit for the Boys & Girls Club of Kenosha.

18: Great Arizona Beer Festival, Mesa, AZ

AZCentral.com presents the 27th annual Great Arizona Beer Festival, which will take place at a new venue, Sloan Park in Mesa. This evening event will feature more than 200 craft beers from over 50 breweries. There will be live music, and food will be available for purchase. There will also be games, contests, and give-aways. VIP tickets, with early admission and catered food, are available. All proceeds will benefit Sun Sounds of Arizona.

18: Hogtown Craft Beer Festival, Gainesville, FL

The Hogtown Brewers, Gainesville's homebrew club, presents the fourth annual Hogtown Craft Beer Festival, which will take place at Kanapaha Botanical Gardens. This afternoon event will feature beer from dozens of breweries, including many Florida breweries and brewpubs. There will also be an educational program, homebrewing demonstrations, and food samples (included in the price of admission).

18: Missouri Beer Festival, Columbia, MO

Bradley Marketing, Inc., presents the fifth annual Missouri Beer Festival, which returns to the Holiday Inn Expo Center in Columbia. This afternoon event will feature more than 125 beers, and brewery representatives will be on hand. Festival-goers are invited to vote for the "People's Choice" beer. There will be live music, and food will be available for purchase. VIP tickets, with early admission, are available. Part of the proceeds will go to Central Missouri Honor Flight.

18: Taste of Brews—Inland Empire, Corona/Eastvale, CA

Taste of Brews presents the 2015 Taste of Brews—Inland Empire, which will take place at Crossroads Riverview Park, in Corona/Eastvale. This afternoon event will feature beer from more than 40 breweries, many of them from California. There will also be live music, and food will be available for purchase.

24-25: Chippenham Beer & Cider Festival, Chippenham, England

The North West Wilshire Branch of the Campaign for Real Ale presents the 24th Chippenham Beer & Cider Festival, which will take place in the sports hall at the Olympiad Leisure Centre. This two-day, three-session event will feature more than 90 Real Ales, along with a selection of ciders and perries. There will be live music at both Saturday sessions.

24-25: Cincinnati Craft Breweries' Starkbierfest, Cincinnati, OH

Listerman Brewing Company will host the third annual Cincinnati Craft Breweries' Starkbierfest. This two-day celebration is a family-friendly version of Munich's centuries-old spring celebration of strong beer. It has been moved to April for friendlier weather. Fifteen Cincinnati-area breweries will brew a special beer for this event. There will also be a ceremonial keg-tapping, live music, and food for purchase.

24-25: Gloucester Blackfriars Beer & Cider Festival, Gloucester, England

The Gloucester Branch of the Campaign for Real Ale presents the third Gloucester Blackfriars Beer & Cider Festival, which will take place at the 13th century Blackfriars Priory. This two-day event will feature more than 100 Real Ales, including “the Favourite Beers of Cheltenham,” along with 25 ciders and perries and foreign bottled beers. There will also be live music, a local artisan cheese bar, and a quiet room.

25: Beerfest at the Ballpark, Lansing, MI

The second annual Beerfest at the Ballpark will be held at the Cooley Law School Stadium, the home of the Lansing Lugnuts baseball team. This afternoon/evening event will feature more than 200 beers, ciders, and meads from 50 Michigan breweries. VIP tickets, with early admission, are available. Part of the proceeds will benefit the Old Newsboys charity.

25: Between the Bluffs: Beer, Wine & Cheese Festival, La Crosse, WI

The La Crosse Area Convention and Visitors Bureau presents the 13th annual Between the Bluffs: Beer, Wine & Cheese Festival. It will take place at 1 Oktoberfest Strasse in La Crosse. This afternoon event will feature more than 200 beers and 45 wines. There will also be live music, homebrewing and home wine-making competitions, and cheese and other gourmet foods. VIP tickets, which include pre-fest activities on Friday night, early admission to the festival, and food samples, are available.

25: Brewgaloo, Raleigh, NC

Shop Local Raleigh presents Brewgaloo, which will take place downtown at City Plaza. This is an all-day event that features shopping, eating, and buying locally as well as beer tasting. Around 50 North Carolina breweries will be represented. Local bands will perform, and food trucks will be at the festival site. Admission is free.

25: Great International Beer Festival, Providence, RI

The 21st annual Great International Spring Beer Festival will be held at the Rhode Island Convention Center in Providence. There will be afternoon and evening tasting sessions, each with more than 250 beers, many of them from New England. There will also be live music, and food will be available for purchase. Proceeds will be given to several local charities.

25: McCoole's Spring Beer Festival, Quakertown, PA

McCoole's Arts and Events, in Quakertown, will host its 2015 Spring Beer Festival. There will be afternoon and evening tasting sessions, each with more than 75 beers, along with a selection of spirits and wines. In addition, there will be live music on two stages, food for purchase, craft vendors, games, and beer trivia.

25-May 2: Missoula Craft Beer Week, Missoula, MT

Craft Beer Promotions LLC presents the third annual Missoula Beer Week, which will take place at breweries, bars, restaurants, stores, and other venues in and around Missoula. The headline event of this seven-day celebration is the Garden City Brewfest. There will be other events such as beer dinners, beer and food pairings, tours, meet-the-brewer events, release parties, tap takeovers, tastings, and specially-priced drinks.

25: PA Flavor, Harrisburg, PA

The Pennsylvania Brewers Guild, the American Culinary Federation, and the Department of Agriculture's PA Preferred Program present PA Flavor 2015. It which will be held at the Farm Show Complex in Harrisburg. This afternoon sampling event is a Pennsylvania food and beer pairing with 40 breweries, 20 PA Preferred food producers, and 20 PA Preferred restaurants in attendance. VIP tickets, with early admission and a special selection of beers and hors d'oeuvres, are available.

25: Parkville Microbrew Festival, Parkville, MO

The Main Street Parkville Association presents the 12th annual Parkville Microbrew Fest, which will take place at English Landing Park. This afternoon event, to be held under the cottonwoods in the heart of Old Towne Parkville, will feature beer from more than 55 breweries, many of them from Missouri and surrounding states. There will be live music, and food will be available for purchase.

25: Rhythm & Brews Music & Craft Beer Festival, Vista, CA

The San Diego Brewers Guild Presents the fourth annual Rhythm & Brews Music & Craft Beer Festival. It will take place in historic Vista Village in downtown Vista. This afternoon event will feature more than 100 beers from 60 breweries. Winners of the homebrewing contest will be announced at the festival. Seven live bands will perform on two stages, and food will be available for purchase. VIP tickets, with early admission, are available. Part of the proceeds will be donated to the Guild and to Fight ALD.

25: Royal Oak Beer Fest, Royal Oak, MI

The Royal Oak Farmer's Market, in conjunction with Real Detroit Weekly, presents the 2015 Royal Oak Beer Fest, which will be held downtown at the Farmer's Market. This evening event will feature more than 150 beers from over 40 breweries, along with a selection of ciders and wines. There will also be live and DJ music, a farmer's market, food and merchandise vendors, games, and contests. VIP tickets, with early admission, are available.

25-26: TAP New York Hunter, NY

Hudson Valley Craft Beer & Fine Food Festival, Inc., and Hunter Mountain present TAP New York 2015, which will take place at Hunter Mountain. This two-day festival will feature more than 300 beers from over 100 invited breweries. Three awards will be given: the Governors' Cup (state's best craft beer), the Matthew Vassar Brewers' Cup (Hudson Valley's best brewery), and the F.X. Matt Memorial Cup (state's best brewery). There will also be daily cooking demonstrations, and food will be available for purchase.

25-26: Zythos Beer Festival, Leuven, Belgium

Zythos, the Flemish beer consumers' organization, presents the 2015 Zythos Beer Festival, which will take place at Brabanthal in Leuven. This two-day event will feature 500 beers from 100 breweries, and festival-goers are invited to vote for the Consumer Trophy Winner. There will also be a beer shop, food for purchase, and a tombola. Admission is free.
