May 29-6: Frederick Beer Week, Frederick, MD

The fifth annual Frederick Beer Week will take place at breweries, bars, restaurants, stores, and other venues in and around Frederick. This nine-day celebration kicks off with the Frederick Beer Week Tap Takeover, and closes with Beerfest at the Farm. There will be many other events such as beer dinners and beer and food pairings, tours, meet-the-brewer events, release parties, tap takeovers, tastings, and specially-priced drinks.

May 29-7: Philly Beer Week, Philadelphia, PA

The eighth annual Philly Beer Week will take place at breweries, bars, restaurants, stores, and other venues in and around Philadelphia. This ten-day celebration kicks off with the Opening Tap. Other headline events will include the Hammer of Glory Relay and the International Great Beer Expo. There will be hundreds of other events such as beer dinners and beer and food pairings, tours, meet-the-brewer events, release parties, tap takeovers, tastings, and specially-priced drinks.

May 29-7: Vancouver Craft Beer Week, Vancouver, BC, Canada

The sixth annual Vancouver Craft Beer Week will take place at breweries, bars, restaurants, stores, and other venues in metropolitan Vancouver. This ten-day celebration kicks off with the International Craft Beer Awards Gala, and closes with the Vancouver Craft Beer Week Festival. There will be many other events, including beer dinners and beer and food pairings, tours, meet-the-brewer events, rock concerts, release parties, tap takeovers, and specially-priced drinks.

3-7: Franconian Beer Festival, Nuremburg, Germany

The 18th annual Franconian Beer Festival will be held below the Imperial Castle in Nuremburg. This five-day celebration will feature more than 100 beers from 40 local breweries. There will also be live entertainment, including music and children's activities; food for purchase; and the works of local artists. The festival website is entirely in German.

4-6: Southampton Beer Festival, Southampton, England

The Southern Hampshire Branch of the Campaign for Real Ale presents the 19th annual Southampton Beer Festival, which will take place at the O2 Guildhall. This three-day event will feature more than 90 Real Ales, along with a selection of 16 ciders and perries, a wide range of bottled beers, and wine by the glass. There will also be live music, food for purchase, and a family room.

5: Beer and Sake Festival, Valley Center, CA

The Japan Society of San Diego and Tijuana presents the 13th annual Beer and Sake Festival, which returns to the Events Center at Harrah's Rincon San Diego North in Valley Center. This evening event will feature a variety of Japanese sakes and beers, local craft beers, appetizers from local restaurants, entertainment by San Diego Taiko, art booths, a silent auction, and a raffle. VIP tickets, with a special selection of sakes and appetizers, are available. Proceeds will support the society's educational and community outreach programs.

5-6: Beer Fest, St. John's, NL, Canada

The Newfoundland and Labrador Liquor Corporation presents the seventh annual Beer Fest, which will take place at the Delta St. John’s Hotel. This two-evening event will feature more than 100 beers and ciders. Beer connoisseurs from a number of breweries and different countries will be in attendance, and pub grub will be available for purchase.

5-6: Collingham Real Ale Festival, Collingham, England

The fifth annual Collingham Real Ale Festival will be held at Memorial Halls. This is an all-day event. Recent editions have featured 25 Yorkshire-brewed Real Ales and ciders; live entertainment, including live music and morris dancing; and a food festival area, with a hog roast and Spanish-style food.

5-6: Edmonton Craft Beer Festival, Edmonton, AB, Canada

Sobeys Liquor and Safeway present the 2015 Edmonton Craft Beer Festival, which will take place at the Expo Center at Northlands. This is a two-day event. Recent editions of this festival have featured more than 400 beers from around 100 breweries, many of them from Canada. There will also be an educational program, with brewery representatives and brewmasters in attendance; food and beer pairings; live entertainment; and food for purchase. VIP tickets, with early admission, are available. The festival charity is the Edmonton Food Bank.

5-7: Főzdefeszt, Budapest, Hungary

The inaugural Főzdefeszt, Hungary’s first craft beer festival, will take place at Olaf Palme Street in Budapest. This three-day event will feature 300 Hungarian and international beers. The festival website is entirely in Hungarian.

5-6: Omaha Beer Fest, Omaha, NE

Urban Events, Inc., presents the fifth annual Omaha Beer Fest, which will take place at Stinson Park at Aksarben Village in Omaha. The two-day event will feature beers from 50 craft breweries, and brewery representatives will be on hand. There will also be Beer Academy classes, a Homebrewer Expo, live music, and food for purchase. VIP tickets, with early admission and a special selection of beer and food, are available for Saturday's session. The festival charity is Parent Project Muscular Dystrophy.

5-6: Sarnia Beer Show, Sarnia, ON, Canada

The third annual Sarnia Beer Show will be held downtown at the Bayside Centre. This two-day event will feature beer from around 20 breweries, most of them from the region. There will also be live music, food for purchase, and games.

5-6: SAVOR: An American Craft Beer & Food Experience, Washington, DC

The Brewers Association presents the eighth annual SAVOR: An American Craft Beer & Food Experience, which will take place at the National Building Museum in Washington. This elegant evening event will feature beer from more than 70 independent breweries, many of which have not poured at this event before. Brewery personnel will be in attendance. There will also be a reception-style presentation of sweet and savory foods, along with tasted salons directed by leading names in beer and food.

5-7: Zythos Beer Festival Italian Edition, Treviso, Italy

The inaugural Italian edition of the Zythos Beer Festival will take place in Traviso’s city center. This three-day event will feature beer from 30 Belgian breweries, with brewers in attendance. There will also be live music, and food will be available for purchase.

6: Anderson Brew Fest, Anderson, IN

The second annual Anderson Brew Fest will be held downtown at Dickman Town Center Plaza. This afternoon event will feature beer from 20 Indiana breweries. There will also be music from local bands, food for purchase, and artwork on display. The festival charities are Epic Initiatives and the Project Brewify Fund.

6: Beer Barons World of Beer Festival, Menomonee Falls, WI

The Beer Barons of Milwaukee present the 12th annual Beer Barons World of Beer Festival, which will take place at Schwabenhof in Menomonee Falls. This afternoon event will feature more than 250 beers from around the world, along with meads, hard-to-find beers, and special releases. Beer from several homebrew clubs, along with a selection of meads and ciders, will also be served. There will also be an educational program; and food for purchase, including a pig roast. VIP tickets, with early admission and a special selection of beers, are available.

6: Beerfest at the Farm, Mt. Airy, MD

The fifth annual Beerfest at the Farm will be held at Stillpoint Farm, a hop farm in Mt. Airy. This family-friendly afternoon event will feature beer from 15 Maryland breweries. There will also be live music, food for purchase, and craft vendors. Proceeds will benefit Hospice of Frederick County.

6: Blue Hop Brew HaHa, Johnson City, TN

Superfly Fabulous Events, in association with Blue Plum Festival, presents the second annual Blue Hop Brew HaHa, which will take place in downtown Johnson City. This afternoon event will feature beer from 20 craft breweries, including local breweries Holston River Brewing Company and Green Man Brewing Company. There will also be live music, and food will be available for purchase. A concert (separate admission) will take place after the beer festival itself.

6: Inland Northwest BeerFest, Post Falls, ID

The 2015 Inland Northwest BeerFest will be held in the parking lot of Nates New York Pizza. This afternoon event will feature more than 20 beers from a dozen Idaho, Oregon, and Washington breweries. Pizza will be available for purchase. The festival chart is Blue Star Mothers.

6: Jeffersontown Chamber Summer Craft Beer Fest, Jeffersontown, KY

The Chamber Jeffersontown presents the 2015 Summer Craft Beer Fest, which will take place at Jeffersontown Pavilion. This afternoon event will feature 50 beers and ciders, along with a selection of local wines. There will also be live music, and food will be available for purchase.

6: Lower Hudson Valley Craft Beer Festival, Nanuet, NY

The third annual spring edition of the Lower Hudson Valley Craft Beer Festival will be held in the outdoor area of Growler & Gill Craft Beer Shoppe in Nanuet. There will be afternoon and evening sessions, each with more than 100 beers from 50 domestic breweries, many of them from the area. There will also be live music, barbecue from Bailey's Smokehouse, and retail merchandise for sale. VIP tickets, with early admission, a special selection of beers, hors d’oeuvres, and the opportunity to meet with brewery personnel, are available.

6: Montrose Malt Assault Brew Festival, Montrose, CO

The inaugural Montrose Malt Assault Brew Festival will be held in the park across from the airport. This afternoon event will feature beer from more than a dozen breweries and cideries, along with live music and food for purchase. The festival is a benefit for Habitat for Humanity. There will be a VIP dinner the evening before the festival itself.

6: Mt. Pleasant Craft Beer Festival, Mt. Pleasant, MI

The Mt. Pleasant Jaycees present the second annual Mt. Pleasant Beer Craft Festival, which will take place downtown. This afternoon/evening event will feature beer from more than 25 Michigan craft breweries. There will also be live music, and food will be available for purchase. 6: Mountain Brewers Beer Fest, Twin Falls, ID

The North American Brewers Association presents the 21st annual Mountain Brewers Beer Fest, which will take place at Sandy Downs Racetrack in Twin Falls. This afternoon event will feature more than 600 beers from over 80 domestic and foreign breweries, many of them from the Mountain West. The Association's annual judged beer competition will take place in connection with the festival. There will also be live music, food for purchase, a prize raffle, and a live auction. Part of the proceeds will go to several local charities.

6: Mundelein Craft Beer Festival, Mundelein, IL

Mundelein Community Connections and Tighthead Brewing Company present the fourth annual Mundelein Craft Beer Festival. This afternoon event will take place across from the Metra station, in front of the new Village Hall. It will feature beer from Tighthead and around 30 other craft breweries, most of them from Illinois and the Midwest. There will also be live music, and food will be available for purchase. The festival is a benefit for Community Connections.

6: Ninety9Bottles Craft Beer Festival, Norwalk, CT

Ninety9Bottles, a liquor store, presents the second annual Ninety9Bottles Craft Beer Festival. It will take place at Oyster Shell Park in Norwalk, a venue overlooking the harbor. This afternoon event will feature more than 40 craft beers from New England, along with live entertainment and food for purchase.

6: Paws for Rhythm and Brews, Idyllwild, CA

Animal Rescue Friends of Idyllwild, a grass-roots animal-rescue charity in Idyllwild, will host Paws for Rhythm and Brews. This afternoon event will feature beer from 12 craft breweries, a homebrew competition, live blues music, barbecue for purchase, and a stein-holding competition.

6: Pennsylvania Microbrewers Fest, Pittsburgh, PA

The Pennsylvania Brewing Company, in Pittsburgh, will host the 19th annual Pennsylvania Microbrewers Fest. This afternoon/evening event will feature beer from more than 25 craft breweries, including many from Pennsylvania. There will be live music, along with food from the brewery’s restaurant. VIP tickets, with early admission and complimentary appetizers, are available. Part of the proceeds from the Fest will benefit the Community Alliance of Spring Garden and East Deutschtown.

6: Rocklin Brewfest, Rocklin, CA

The Rotary Club of South Placer presents the seventh annual Rocklin Brewfest, which will take place at Johnson Springview Park in Rocklin. This afternoon event will feature beer from more than 30 craft breweries. There will be live music, and food vendors will be at the festival site. Proceeds will go to the South Placer Rotary Foundation.

6: Sasquatch Brewfest, Eugene, OR

The Northwest Legends Foundation presents the 13th annual Sasquatch Brewfest, which will take place at the Hop Valley Tasting Room and Brewery in Eugene's Fermentation District. This all-day outdoor event will feature beer from Pacific Northwest breweries, including beers brewed specially for the festival. There will also be a homebrewing contest, live music, food booths, and a silent auction. A brewer’s dinner will take place the evening before the festival. A large portion of the proceeds from the festival will be donated to the Glen Hay Falconer Foundation.

6: Steel City Brew Fest, Pueblo, CO

The second annual Steel City Brew Fest will be held in Gateway Park at The Historic Arkansas Riverwalk in Pueblo. This evening event, which is part of the city's annual Boats, Bands and BBQ Festival, will feature beer from more than 20 craft breweries. There will also be a homebrew competition, live entertainment, a barbecue competition, food and product vendors, a Kids Fun Zone, and a wing-eating contest. The festival is a benefit for the HARP Foundation.

6: Tennessee Brew Works Block Party, Nashville, TN

Tennessee Brew Works, a brewery in Nashville, presents the second annual Block Party. It will take place downtown. This dog- and family-friendly daytime event will feature the brewery’s headline beers, along with seasonal, barrel-aged, and special releases. Three live bands will perform; and the brewery’s chef Jay Mitchell, along with his other chef friends, will make beer-inspired food. The festival is a fund-raiser for the Freedom Farm Animal Sanctuary.

6: Three Valleys Festival, Dronfield, England

The Sheffield & District Branch of the Campaign for Real Ale presents the 2015 Three Valleys Festival, which will take place in Dronfield. Eighteen venues, including suburban community pubs, town centre bars, and classic country hostelries, are scheduled to take part. The venues will offer more than 100 Real Ales, a selection of ciders, entertainment, food for purchase, and other attractions. A free bus will run regularly between all the venues and the Dronfield and Dore & Totley railway stations.

6-7: Vancouver Craft Beer Week Festival, Vancouver, BC, Canada

The 2015 Vancouver Craft Beer Week Festival will be held at a new venue, the Fair Grounds at the Pacific National Exhibition. This two-afternoon outdoor event will feature 400 beers from 100 breweries, along with live and DJ music. The festival coincides with the Stihl Timbersports Western Canada Finals. “Gate Crasher” tickets, with early admission, are available.

6: Wild Wine, Beer & Food Safari, Bridgeport, CT

The Beardsley Zoo, in Bridgeport, will host the 2015 Wild Wine, Beer & Food Safari. This evening event will feature more than 60 domestic and imported beers, along with over 100 wines. There will also be live entertainment, food from area restaurants, a silent auction, and a prize raffle.

6-12: Winchester Craft Beer Week, Winchester, VA

Winchester Beer Week 2015 will take place at breweries, bars, restaurants, stores, and other venues in and around Winchester. The headline event of this week-long celebration is the Hop Blossom Craft Beer Festival. There will be a number of other events, such as beer dinners and beer and food pairings, tours, meet-the-brewer events, release parties, tap takeovers, tastings, and specially-priced drinks.

6: Zoo Brew, Santa Barbara, CA

The Santa Barbara Zoo will host its sixth annual Zoo Brew. This afternoon event, which is a fund-raiser for the zoo, will feature tastings from more than 30 breweries, many of them from the Central Coast. There will be a special food menu, and merchandise will be available for purchase. VIP tickets, with early admission and complimentary pub-fare appetizers, are available.

10-14: Mondial de la Biere, Montreal, QC, Canada

The 22nd annual Mondial de la Biere will be held indoors at the Palais des Congrès and outdoors on Place Jean-Paul-Riopelle in downtown Montreal. This five-day event will feature 500 beers from around the world, including hard-to-find beers and beers specially brewed for the festival. There will also be Quebec cider and other food specialties from the province, and the Mbeer series of conferences and seminars. Admission to the festival is free.

10-13: National Homebrewers Conference, San Diego, CA

The American Homebrewers Association's 2015 National Homebrewers Conference will be held at the Town and Country Resort in San Diego. This three-day conference is a fun, educational gathering designed to enhance homebrewers' skills and knowledge and promote homebrewing camaraderie. Its program of seminars and events are aimed at beer enthusiasts and amateur brewers of every level. There will also the National Homebrew Competition and awards ceremony, a Homebrew Expo, and a Club Night.

11-13: Braintree Real Ale Festival, Braintree, England

The Braintree Lions Club and the North West Essex Branch of the Campaign for Real Ale present the 11th annual Braintree Real Ale Festival, which will take place at the Bocking Arts Theatre. This three-day event will feature more than 300 Real Ales, ciders, and perries, with an emphasis on Essex breweries. Hot food will be available at all sessions. This year's primary festival charity is Little Haven Children's Hospice.

11-13: Hitchin Beer & Cider Festival, Hitchin, England

The North Hertfordshire Branch of the Campaign for Real Ale, the Hitchin Round Table, and the Hitchin Rugby Football Club present the 2015 Hitchin Beer & Cider Festival. It will take place on the grounds of the Hitchin RFC. Recent editions of this three-day event have featured more than 80 beers, along with a selection of ciders, perries, and foreign beers. Food will be available for purchase.

11-14: Middle Earth Beer Festival, Hurst Green, England

The seventh Middle Earth Beer Festival will be held at Hurst Green Memorial Hall. This four-day event honors J.R.R. Tolkien, who was a frequent visitor to Stonyhurst College in Hurst Green. It will feature more than 40 Real Ales and ciders. There will also be live music; food for purchase; and craft stalls, displays, and exhibitions.

11-21: PDX Beer Week, Portland, OR

The fifth annual PDX Beer Week will take place at breweries, bars, restaurants, stores, and other venues in Portland. Headline events of this 11-day celebration include the Portland Fruit Beer Festival, Rye Beer Festival, and Beer & Cheese Festival. There will be many other events such as educational programs, beer dinners and beer and food pairings, tours, meet-the-brewer events, pub crawls, release parties, tap takeovers, and special tastings.

11-13: Rotherham Real Ale & Music Festival, Rotherham, England

The 23rd annual Rotherham Real Ale & Music Festival will be held at the Magna Science Adventure Centre in Rotherham. This event will feature more than 250 Real Ales on hand pulls, along with bottled international beers and an expanded selection of ciders. This year's festival’s theme is the beach, and it will feature beers brewed at seaside locations. More than 40 live acts will perform during this three-day event. Proceeds will go to local charities.

11-13: Wolverhampton Beer Festival, Wolverhampton, England

The Wolverhampton Branch of the Campaign for Real Ale presents the 40th annual Wolverhampton Beer Festival, which will take place at Wulfrun Hall. This three-day event will feature more than 75 Real Ales, along with ciders, perries, and foreign bottled beers. There will also be live entertainment, a charity tombola, a family room, and a CAMRA stall.

12-14: Bierbörse, Koblenz, Germany

The third annual Koblenz edition of Bierboerse, a series of beer festivals held across Germany, will take place on the Rhein Promenade at the Deutschen Eck. Hundreds of beers, including hard-to-find German microbrews, will be served in a Biergarten atmosphere. There will also be live entertainment, food for purchase, breweriana, and artisans' stands. The Bierboerse website is entirely in German.

12-13: Fremont Toyota Lander Brew Fest, Lander, WY

The 2015 Fremont Toyota Lander Brew Fest will be held at Lander City Park. This two-day event will feature beer from 20 Mountain West breweries. There will also be live music, a Golf With the Brewers event and a bicycle tour, and food for purchase. Admission is free.

12-14: FyneFest, Calmdow, Scotland

Fyne Ales presents FyneFest 2014, which will take place in the fields next to the Fyne Ales brewery near Cairndow. This three-day celebration, to be held in scenic Argyll surroundings, will feature more than 150 beers from over 30 domestic and foreign breweries, along with ciders, perries, and spirits. There will also be entertainment, including more than 30 live acts; and locally-sourced food, including Loch Fyne oysters. Camping is available.

12-13: Guildford Beer Festival, Guildford, England

The Guildford Cricket Club presents the sixth Guildford Beer Festival, which will take place under marquees at The Sports Ground, near the town center. This two-day event will feature more than 70 cask ales from independent breweries in Surrey and surrounding counties, along with ciders, wines, and soft drinks. A variety of local headline acts will perform. Parking is free.

12-13: Local-Craft Brewfest, Somerville, MA

The Sustainable Business Network of Massachusetts presents the fourth annual Local-Craft Brewfest, which will take place at the Armory in Somerville. This two-day, three session event, which is a fund-raiser for the Network, will feature a variety of craft beers, ciders, and meads from New England, many of which incorporate local food products. There will also be live entertainment, an educational program, and locally-sourced food for purchase. Friday evening’s session will include a tasting of cask-conditioned beers, hosted by Randy Baril, the head cellarman of NERAX.

12-21: Ontario Beer Week, various locations, ON, Canada

The sixth annual Ontario Beer Week will take place at breweries, bars, restaurants, stores, and other venues throughout the province. More than 50 Ontario breweries will participate in this ten-day celebration of craft beer. Beer Week begins with a kickoff party at Steam Whistle Brewing in Toronto. There will be more than 300 other events, such as beer dinners and beer and food pairings, tours, meet-the-brewer events, release parties, tap takeovers, tastings, and specially-priced drinks.

12-15: Portland Fruit Beer Festival, Portland, OR

The fifth annual Portland Fruit Beer Festival will be held outside Burnside Brewing Company in Portland. This outdoor, family-friendly event, which has been expanded to four days, will feature fruit beers from more than 30 breweries. Many of the beers will be brewed exclusively for the festival. There will also be a fruit homebrew competition, and food from the brewery's kitchen will be available for purchase.

12: Raley Field Brewfest, Sacramento, CA

Raley Field, the home of the Sacramento River Cats, will host the ninth annual Raley Field Brewfest. This evening event, to be held under a tent on the warning track, will feature beer from more than 50 breweries, many of them from California. There will also be live music, and food will be available for purchase.

12-21: Rochester Real Beer Week, Rochester, NY

The Business Association of the South Wedge Area and staff of the Tap & Mallet present Rochester Real Beer Week 2015. It will take place at breweries, bars, restaurants, stores, and other venues in and around Rochester. The headline event of Beer Week is the Rochester Real Beer Expo. There will be many other events, such as beer dinners and beer and food pairings, tours, meet-the-brewer events, release parties, tap takeovers, and trivia contests.

12: Rye Beer Fest, Portland, OR

Taplister presents the 2015 Rye Beer Fest, which will take place at EastBurn in Portland. Last year’s festival was an all-day event featuring 20 rye beers, along with rye cocktails, live music, and food for purchase. Admission is free.

12-13: St. Louis Brewers Heritage Festival, St. Louis, MO

The ninth annual St. Louis Brewers Heritage Festival will be held at the Central Fields in Forest Park. This two-day event will feature more than 100 beers from 33 breweries and six homebrew clubs. All participating breweries and clubs are from the St. Louis area. There will also be live music and strolling buskers, and food trucks and merchandise vendors will be at the festival site. VIP tickets, with early admission, are available.

12-14: Wildernesstival Craft Beer Fest, Parhall, CO

Aspen Canyon Ranch, in The Gore Mountain Range, will host the 2015 Wildernesstival Craft Beer Fest. This three-day event will feature beer from more than 15 local craft breweries. There will also be music from 15 live bands; an educational program; beer and wild game pairing; outdoor activities including camping, fishing, biking; and barbecue and other food for purchase. Camping is available at the festival site. VIP tickets, with stage access and a VIP tent, are available.

13: Beerfest and Food Truck Festival, Kingston, ON, Canada

The third annual Beerfest and Food Truck Festival will be held at Fort Henry, a UNESCO World Heritage site in Kingston. This daytime event will feature a variety of beers from Ontario and Quebec, along with wines from the region. Food trucks will be at the fort. There will also be an educational program, a cooking with beer demonstration, and live entertainment.

13: Brookhaven Beer Fest, Brookhaven, GA

Spiral Entertainment presents the fifth annual Brookhaven Beer Fest, which will take place at Apple Valley Park in Brookhaven, behind the MARTA station. This afternoon/evening event will feature more than 150 domestic and imported beers, along with a selection of wines. Two live bands and a DJ will perform, and food will be available for purchase.

13: Chesapeake Crab & Beer Festival, Baltimore, MD

Trigger Agency, LLC, presents the second annual Chesapeake Crab & Beer Festival, which will take place along the waterfront in Baltimore's Inner Harbor. There will be afternoon and evening sessions, each of them with more than 50 beers, wines, and spirits; all-you-care-to-eat crabs, along with other food for purchase; live music; and arts and crafts vendors.

13: Craft Brew & Que Festival, Little Elm, TX

The second annual Craft Brew & Que Festival will be held at Little Elm Park on Lake Lewisville. This afternoon/evening "all-American" event will feature more than 200 local, Texas, and national craft beers. Barbecue, in a variety of styles, will be served, along with other food for purchase; and there will be live music.

13: Five Alarm Mountain Madness, Farmington, PA

Nemacolin Woodlands Resort, in Farmington, will host the sixth annual Five Alarm Mountain Madness. This afternoon event is a beer festival, paired with an International Chili Society-sanctioned cook-off judged by a celebrity panel. There will also be live entertainment, food for purchase, a Kidz Korner, and adventure sports. Part of the proceeds will benefit the Farmington Volunteer Fire Department.

13: Great Northern Beer Festival, Eagle River, WI

The 2015 Great Northern Beer Festival will be held on the Festival Grounds at Hi-Pines Campground in Eagle River. The 2015 Pucklechurch Beer and Cider Festival will be held in the car park of the Star Inn. This two-day event, which is part of the Pucklechurch Revel, will feature 20 Real Ales, 18 ciders, and a selection of wines. Some of the ciders are made from apples grown in the village of Pucklechurch. There will also be live music both evenings.

26-28: The Woodlands Craft Beer and Music Festival, The Woodlands, TX

Global Scene Productions presents the inaugural The Woodlands Craft Beer and Music Festival, which will take place at Towns Green Park, the downtown central park. This three-day event will feature beer from more than 30 breweries, many of them located in Texas. There will be live music, and food from The Woodlands restaurants will be available for purchase.

27: Appleton Ale Fest, Appleton, WI

The 2015 Appleton Ale Fest will be held at Memorial Park. This evening event will feature a variety of beers, ciders, and meads from Wisconsin, the Midwest, and across the nation. There will also be food for purchase. VIP tickets, with early admission and a special selection of beers and food, are available. The festival is a benefit for the Appleton Family Ice Center.

27: Bell Tower Brewfest, Placerville, CA

Placerville's merchants present the 15th annual Bell Tower Brewfest, which will take place downtown. This evening event will feature beer from more than 40 craft breweries. Downtown streets will be closed for the festival, three live bands will perform, and festival-goers are invited to shop and dine. The festival is a fund-raiser for the Placerville Downtown Association.

27: Charlbury Beer Festival, Charlbury, England

The 18th annual Charlbury Beer Festival will be held at the Charlbury Cricket Club. This all-day event, which celebrates the 800th anniversary of the Magna Carta, will feature 50 Real Ales from the length of the Thames, including Runnymede. Ciders, perries, and wines will be available as well. There will be live musical acts and Morris dancers, the World "Aunt Sally" Open Singles competition ("Aunt Sally" is a traditional pub game), food, and children's activities. Proceeds will go to Charlbury Primary School and other charities.

27: Clifford Champion Beer Festival, Clifford, England

The Clifford Village Hall Supporter's Committee and Clifford Amateur Football Club present the fifth annual Clifford Champion Beer Festival, which will take place at Village Hall. This all-day festival will feature more than 30 beers, including champion ales, as well as selection of traditional ciders, lagers, and a prosecco wine bar. There will also be live entertainment and dancing, and food will be available for purchase.

27-28: Great European Beerfest, Pittsburgh, PA

The Sharp Edge Beer Emporium, in Pittsburgh, will host the 19th annual Great European Beerfest. This two-day, three-session event will feature more than 100 beers, including many from Belgium and continental Europe. There will be live entertainment, and food will be available for purchase. VIP tickets, with a special selection of beers and complimentary food, are available. A Connoisseur Night will take place on Friday evening before the festival itself.

27-28: Hop 'N Barley Beer and BBQ Festival, Scotts Valley, CA

GoodTimes presents the 2015 Hop 'N Barley Beer and BBQ Festival, which will take place at Skypark in Scotts Valley. Saturday afternoon’s Grand Tasting will feature more than 100 beers from over 40 breweries, along with live music on two stages and a wide variety of food vendors. Sunday’s Home Brew Competition N’ Music Festival will feature beer from around 50 homebrewers competing for trophies, along with live music. The festival charity is the Community Housing Land Trust of Santa Cruz County.

27: Lansing Beer Fest, Lansing, MI

Motor City Brew Tours and I'm a Beer Hound present the third annual Lansing Beer Fest, which will take place on Washington Avenue in Reo Town. This afternoon event will feature more than 100 beers from 20 Michigan craft breweries. There will be live music, and food will be available for purchase. VIP tickets, with early admission and extra sample tickets, are available. Part of the proceeds will benefit the Reo Town Community Association.

27: Nashua River Brewers Festival, Fitchburg, MA

Beers for Good presents the seventh annual Nashua River Brewers Festival, which take place at Riverfront Park in historic downtown Fitchburg. This afternoon event will feature beer from more than 35 breweries, many of them from Massachusetts. More than ten bands will perform on two stages. Proceeds will benefit local civic causes.

27: Summer Beer Festival @ Virginia Tech, Blacksburg, VA

The Virginia Tech Alumni Association presents the second annual Summer Beer Festival @ Virginia Tech, which will take place on the Tech campus at the Holtzman Alumni Center. This afternoon event will feature more than 40 local, regional, and national beers. There will also be live entertainment, special guests, and food from local restaurants. VIP tickets, with early admission, a special selection of beers, and complimentary appetizers, are available. A “Tap Takeover,” with beers to be served at the festival, will be held the evening before the festival on the back patio of PK's on Friday evening.

28: Stone Sour Fest, Escondido, CA

Stone Brewing Company presents the ninth annual Stone Sour Fest, which will take place at the brewery's Bistro and Gardens in Escondido. This Sunday daytime event, one of the biggest festivals ever to feature this style, will feature a lineup of more than 100 bottled and draft sour beers chosen by the brewery's "Dr." Bill Sysak. Food will be available at the Bistro and Gardens.
