April 25-4: Pittsburgh Craft Beer Week, Pittsburgh, PA

The Pittsburgh Craft Beer Alliance presents the third annual Pittsburgh Craft Beer Week, which will take place at breweries, bars, restaurants, stores, and other venues in and around Pittsburgh. Beer week events typically include beer dinners and beer and food pairings, tours, meet-the-brewer events, release parties, tap takeovers, tastings, and specially-priced drinks.

April 26-4: Colorado Springs Craft Beer Week, Colorado Springs, CO

The inaugural Colorado Springs Craft Beer Week will take place at breweries, bars, restaurants, stores, and other venues in and around Colorado Springs. Beer Week events include beer dinners and beer and food pairings, tours, meet-the-brewer events, release parties, tap takeovers, tastings, and specially-priced drinks.

April 27-3: Missoula Craft Beer Week, Missoula, MT

Craft Beer Promotions LLC presents the second annual Missoula Beer Week, which will take place at breweries, bars, restaurants, stores, and other venues in and around Missoula. The headline event of this seven-day celebration will be the Garden City Brewfest. There will be other events such as beer dinners, beer and food pairings, tours, meet-the-brewer events, release parties, tap takeovers, tastings, and specially-priced drinks.

April 30-1: Arden Beer Festival, Haybes-Sur-Meuse, France

The second annual Arden Beer Festival will be held in Haybes-Sur-Meuse, a town in Champagne-Ardenne near the Belgian border. This two-day event will feature a selection of French and Belgian beers. There will also be live music and other entertainment, tours of the local brewery, gourmet food, and beer for sale.

1-4: Reading CAMRA Beer and Cider Festival, Reading, England

The Reading Branch of the Campaign for Real Ale presents the 20th annual Reading CAMRA Beer and Cider Festival, which will take place at King's Meadow. This four-day event will feature more than 500 Real Ales, along with 200 ciders and perries and a large selection of foreign beers and English wines. A LocAle bar will showcase beer from breweries from within 30 miles of the festival. The National Cider and Perry Awards will be presented at the festival. There will be live music on Friday and Saturday, food will be available for purchase, and Sunday will be a family day with children's entertainment.

2-4: Ale in The Dale Beer Festival, Corfton, England

Diddlebury Village Hall Committee and the Sun Inn present the third annual Ale in The Dale Beer Festival. It will take place under a marquee at the Sun Inn, a public house that is also the home of the Corvedale Brewery. There will be more than 35 Real Ales, along with live entertainment all three days and food at the pub's restaurant. Admission is free, and families are welcome. The festival is a fund-raiser for the Village Hall Renewal project.

2-3: Calgary International Beerfest, Calgary, AB, Canada

Sobeys Liquors presents the tenth annual Calgary International Beerfest, which will be held in Halls D and E of the BMO Centre, on the grounds of Stampede Park. This two-day event will feature more than 400 beers, and festival-goers are invited to vote for the "People's Choice" awards. There will also be an educational program, live entertainment, and food for purchase. VIP tickets, with early admission, are available. The festival charity is Autism, Aspergers Friendship Society.

2-3: Cinco de Micro Brewfest, Salem, OR

Oz Cap, LLC, presents the third annual Cinco de Micro Brewfest, which will take place at the Salem Convention Center. This two-day event will feature beer from around 45 breweries, most of them from Oregon and the Northwest. There will also be musical entertainment and food from local restaurants.

2-4: Gateshead Beer Festival, Gateshead, England

The fifth annual Gateshead Beer Festival will be held on the grounds of the Gateshead Rugby Football Club. Organizers expect to have more than 150 beers from all over the country, with an emphasis on locally-brewed beer, along with over 25 ciders and a cava bar. There will also be live music each day, a food menu, and a heated marquee and clubhouse lounge and bar in case of bad weather.

2-5: Long Itchington Beer Festival, Long Itchington, England

Long Itchington, a village in Warwickshire, will host its 2013 Beer Festival. This Bank Holiday weekend event will be celebrated at the village's six public houses. Participating establishments will offer a range of beers, along with food, live music, and other entertainment. Special festival glasses will be sold in all pubs, and can be taken between them.

2-11: Madison Craft Beer Week, Madison, WI

Madison Craft Beer Week 2014 will take place at breweries, bars, restaurants, stores, and other venues in and around Madison. This ten-day, two-weekend celebration will promote Madison’s craft beer culture and educate people about it. Events will include s beer dinners and beer and food pairings, tours, beer walks, meet-the-brewer events, release parties, tap takeovers, tastings, and specially-priced drinks.

2-5: Norton Beer Festival, Cold Norton, England

The fifth annual Norton Beer Festival will be held at the Norton Free House, a community pub in Cold Norton. This four-day event will feature more than 30 Real Ales and Real Ciders, served in a beer garden. The lineup will include locally-brewed ales. There will also be live music, Morris dancers, and other entertainment. Food, including pub food and barbecue, will be available.

2-3: St. Louis Microfest, St. Louis, MO

The 19th annual St. Louis Microfest will be held in the Upper Muny Lot in Forest Park. This two-day, three-session event will feature beer from around a variety of domestic and international breweries (there were around 75 at recent festivals). There will also be live music, cooking demonstrations and brewing discussions, food for purchase, and a silent auction. VIP Experience tickets, with catered food and a special selection of beers and wines, are available. The festival is a benefit for the Lift for Life Gym.

2-4: South Notts Real Ale Festival, Wilford, England

The third annual South Notts Real Ale Festival will be held in the clubhouse of the Nottingham Moderns Rugby Club in Wilford. Organizers expect to have more than 50 Real Ales and ciders from Nottinghamshire and surrounding areas. There will be live music both days, and family games and a charity rugby match on Saturday. Proceeds will be donated to the development of the Moderns Clubhouse and Cardiac Risk in the Young.

2-4: Towcester Beer Festival, Towcester, England

The 2014 Towcester Beer Festival will be held on the grounds of the Towcestrians Rugby Football Club. Organizers expect to have 60 Real Ales and 30 Real Ciders. There will also be live music; food, including barbecue, hog roast, and Ghurka curry; and children's entertainment. Admission is free during the daytime.

2: Waterford BrewFest, Waterford, WI

Patriot Financial presents the fourth annual Waterford BrewFest, which will take pace at the Cotton Exchange. This evening event will feature more than 80 beers. Food will be available for purchase, and door prizes will be awarded. The festival is a benefit for Lions Club charities.

3: Art of the Brew Beer Tasting Festival, Hamburg, PA

The inaugural Art of the Brew Beer Tasting Festival will be held at the Hamburg Field House. This afternoon event will feature beer from 15 breweries, most of them from Pennsylvania. There will be live music, and the price of admission includes a complimentary burger or chicken sandwich.

3: Ashley's Cask Ale Festival, Westland, MI

Ashley's Bar & Grill, a beer bar in Westland, will host the 2014 Cask Ale Festival. This afternoon event will feature more than 30 casks of Real Ale from breweries throughout the country, including many from Michigan breweries. Brewery representatives will be in attendance. Singer-songwriter Abigail Stauffer will perform, and food will be available for purchase.

3: Beer City Springfest, Hudsonville, MI

American Legion Post 179 presents the inaugural Beer City Springfest, which will take place at the Hudsonville Fairgrounds. This afternoon event will feature beer from more than 25 West Michigan breweries, including several special festival beers. There will be live music, and food trucks will be at the festival site. VIP tickets, with early admission, are available.

3: Big Solano Brew-Haha, Fairfield, CA

The Big Solano Brew-Haha will be held at the Specialty Events Center in Fairfield. This late-afternoon event will feature beer from dozens of local and regional breweries.
There will also be live entertainment, including music and comedy; an appearance by homebrewing experts; and food for purchase. The festival is a fund-raiser for the Solano Library Foundation's literacy programs.

3: Buellton Brew Fest, Buellton, CA

The Buellton Chamber of Commerce presents the third annual Buellton Brew Fest, which will take place at River View Park. This afternoon event will feature beer from an expanded selection of breweries, many of them from California. There will also be live music and food.

3: Chicago Beer Rally, Romeoville, IL

The 2014 Chicago Beer Rally will be held at the new Romeoville Event Center. This evening event will feature a selection of beers from local craft breweries and homebrew clubs. Sarah Huska will lead a tasting of cask ales, classic cars will be on display, and there will also be food from local vendors. VIP tickets, with early admission and a special selection of beers, are available.

3-5: Crown Hotel Beer, Sausage and Cider Festival, Darwen, England

The Crown Hotel, a pub and restaurant near Darwen city center, will host its inaugural Beer, Sausage and Cider Festival. This bank holiday weekend event, which coincides with the landlords' one-year anniversary, will feature more than 50 beers. There will be live entertainment during the evening.

3: Fayetteville Foam Fest, Fayetteville, AR

The 2014 Fayetteville Foam Fest will be held at a new venue, the Walton Arts Center Parking Lot. This evening event will feature beer from around 70 domestic and foreign breweries, including some from Arkansas and surrounding states. Food from local restaurants will be available for purchase.

3: Garden City Brewfest, Missoula, MT

The 22nd Annual Garden City Brewfest will be held at Caras Park in downtown Missoula. This afternoon/evening event will feature more than 60 beers on tap, along with a wine bar. There will also be live music, and food will be available for purchase.

3: Gastonia Grizzlies Ballpark Beer Fest, Gastonia, NC

The sixth annual Gastonia Grizzlies Ballpark Beer Fest will be held at Sims Legion Park. This evening event will feature more than 125 beers from throughout the Southeast, with over 25 breweries from the Carolinas represented. There will also be live music and a cornhole tournament. VIP tickets, with early admission and a food voucher, are available.

3: Harrah's Rhythm & Brews Music & Craft Beer Festival, Vista, CA

The San Diego Brewers Guild Presents the third annual Harrah's Rhythm & Brews Music & Craft Beer Festival. It will take place in historic Vista Village in downtown Vista. This afternoon event will feature beer from more than 50 breweries. Winners of the homebrewing contest, sponsored by Mother Earth Brewing Company, will be announced. Nine music acts are scheduled to appear on three stages, and there will be food for purchase. VIP tickets, with early admission, are available. Part of the proceeds will be donated to Relay for Life.

3: Legendary Boonville Beer Festival, Boonville, CA

The Anderson Valley Brewing Company presents the 18th annual Legendary Boonville Beer Festival. It will take place at the Mendocino County Fairgrounds in the brewery's hometown of Boonville. This is an open-air event, held in the scenic Anderson Valley, with more than 100 beers from over 50 breweries, most of them from California and the West. There will also be live music and dancing, along with food and merchandise vendors. On-site camping is available. All proceeds will go to local non-profit organizations.

3: Miami New Times Brew at the Zoo, Miami, FL

Miami New Times magazine and Zoo Miami present the fifth annual Miami New Times Brew at the Zoo, which will take place at the zoo. This evening event will feature more than 100 domestic and imported beers. There will also be live entertainment, headlined by national touring acts; an opportunity to see the animals; food for purchase; and interactive games. VIP tickets, with early admission, unlimited beer and spirits samples, and catered food, are available.

3: Rochester Craft Beer Expo, Rochester, MN

Chop Liver LLC presents the third annual Rochester Craft Beer Expo, which will take place at the Mayo Civic Center in Rochester. This afternoon event will feature beer from more than 60 breweries. There will be an educational program, and festival-goers are invited to vote for the People's Choice award. In addition, there will be live entertainment, an educational program, and food for purchase.

3-4: South Denver Beer Fest, Littleton, CO

The second annual South Denver Beer Festival will be held at Clement Park in Littleton, a venue with a view of the Rocky Mountains. This two-afternoon event will feature more than 120 beers from around 60 national and local breweries. There will also be a special VIP section devoted to local distillers, chocolate and cheese producers. This year's festival will also include beard and mustache best costume competitions.

3: Tamassee Craft Brew Celebration, Walhalla, SC

Opus Trust presents the inaugural Tamassee Craft Brew Celebration, which will take place at Calyx Farms in Walhalla. This afternoon event will feature a selection of craft beers, most of them from South Carolina and the Southeast. Four live acts are scheduled to perform bluegrass, blues and Americana music. Proceeds will go toward repairing the roof of the historic Walhalla Civic Auditorium.

3: Washington Crossing Brewfest, Washington Crossing, PA

The Friends of Washington Crossing Park present the fourth annual Washington Crossing Brewfest, which will take place at the Upper Park, behind the Thompson-Neely House. This afternoon event, to be held on the shore of the Delaware River, will feature beer from more 60 breweries, many of them from the region. There will also be live music, and food will be available for purchase. Proceeds will benefit the Friends.

3: Witney Beer Festival, Witney, England

The Witney Round Table presents the third annual Witney Beer Festival, which will take place at St Mary's Church, a structure that dates back to the 13th century. Past festivals have featured around 30 Real Ales and ciders, many of them brewed locally, along with a hog roast.

4: Legendary Boonville Beer Festival, Boonville, CA

The Anderson Valley Brewing Company presents the 18th annual Legendary Boonville Beer Festival, which will take place at the Mendocino County Fairgrounds in the brewery's hometown of Boonville. Recent editions of this open-air afternoon event have featured more than 100 beers from over 50 breweries, most of them from California and the West; music and dancing; and food and merchandise vendors. On-site camping is available, and all proceeds go to local non-profit organizations.

4-5: Upwey Beer Festival, Upwey Weymouth, England

The 2014 Upwey Beer Festival will be held at The Royal Standard Inn in Upwey Weymouth. This weekend event will feature more than 30 Real Ales and ciders, many of them from local breweries. There will be live music both evenings.

8-10: Banbury Beer Festival, Banbury, England

The North Oxfordshire Branch of the Campaign for Real Ale presents the 14th annual Banbury Beer Festival, which will take place at the TA Centre. This three-day festival will feature 90 Real Ales from around the country, along with around 20 ciders and perries. This year's event will emphasize beers from the southeast of England. There will also be live entertainment, a local beer and cheese tasting event on Friday, and a tombola run by the British Legion.

8-10: Beer Festival With Bangers, Burton on Trent, England

The Burton Bridge Inn, a public house in Burton on Trent, will host its tenth Beer Festival With Bangers. This three-day event will feature 24 Real Ales, including favorites from the Burton Bridge Brewery. A selection of locally-sourced sausages will be available. Admission is free.

8-18: Seattle Beer Week, Seattle, WA

The sixth annual Seattle Beer Week will take place at breweries, bars, restaurants, stores, and other venues in and around Seattle. The 11-day celebration of craft beer kicks off with Cask-O-Rama. Two events, Beer and Brats in the Outfield and the Bacon and Beer Classic, be held at Safeco Field. Other events will include a celebration of Northwest women in beer, appearances by beer celebrities, beer dinners and beer and food pairings, tours, release parties, tap takeovers, tastings, and specially-priced drinks.

9: Springfest at the Beach, New London, CT

The New London Rotary Foundation presents the 35th annual Springfest & Chili Cook-Off, which will take place in The Pavilion at Ocean Beach Park in New London. This evening event will feature more than 150 imported and domestic beers, along with a selection of wines. There will be live music; and food, including chili and unlimited bratwurst, will be available. This event is a fund-raiser for Rotary charities.

9-10: Macclesfield Charity Beer Festival, Macclesfield, England

Macclesfield and District 332 Round Table presents the 20th Macclesfield Charity Beer Festival. It will take place under a marquee on the grounds of the Rugby Club. Recent editions of this festival have featured 250 Real Ales, recommended by the Campaign for Real Ale, along with Real Ciders and perries, entertainment, and food for purchase. This year's festival charities are The Rossendale Trust and Crossroads Care.

9-10: Rocket City Brewfest, Huntsville, AL

The Huntsville Chapter of Free the Hops! presents the sixth Annual Rocket City Brewfest, which will take place at the historic Huntsville Depot and Roundhouse. This two-day event, which is a fund-raiser for the chapter, will feature around 200 beers, including beer from the five Huntsville-area breweries. There will also be live music and local food vendors.

9-10: SAVOR: An American Craft Beer & Food Experience, Washington, DC

The Brewers Association presents the 2014 edition of SAVOR: An American Craft Beer & Food Experience, which this year returns to the National Building Museum in Washington. This evening event will feature more than 120 craft beers from 65 independent breweries, with brewery owners and brewmasters on hand. There will also be a reception-style presentation of sweet and savory foods, along with directed tasted salons with leading names in beer and food.

9-10: UnTapped Blues Festival, Kennewick, WA

The 18th annual UnTapped Blues Festival will be held at two locations in Kennewick. Recent editions of this festival have been two-day celebrations centered around craft beer and blues, bluegrass, and other musicians from around the country. The Clover Island Inn will host Friday's kick-off party, with "blues under the bridge"; and Saturday's main session, at the Benton County Fairgrounds, will feature more than 30 breweries and over 100 beers, along with food and wine.

9: ZooBrew: Spring Hops, Pittsburgh, PA

The Pittsburgh Zoo & PPG Aquarium will host Zoo Brew: Spring Hops. This evening event will feature an assortment of craft beers. There will also be live music, and food will be provided by Taste of the Wild Catering.

10: American Beer Classic, Chicago, IL

Red Frog Events presents the second annual American Beer Classic, which will take place on the playing field of Soldier Field in Chicago. There will be afternoon and evening tasting sessions, each with hundreds of beers. Festival-goers are invited to vote in the Most Valuable Beer competition. There will also be educational sessions, live music on the stage in the South Courtyard, and food for purchase. VIP tickets, with early admission, are available. This year's festival charity is St. Jude's Children's Research Hospitals.

10: Beer, Bourbon & Barbecue Festival, Charlotte, NC

Trigger Agency, LLC, presents the Charlotte stop on the 2014 Beer, Bourbon & Barbecue Festival tour. It will take place at Symphony Park at SouthPark Mall. This afternoon event will feature 60 beers and 40 bourbons to sample. There will also be live rock, blues, and bluegrass music; an expanded selection of food, including barbecue, Southern specialties, and other foods; an educational program led by master distillers, brewmasters, and pit masters; games and contests; and merchandise for sale. VIP tickets, with early admission, are available. Part of the proceeds will benefit the Spirit of Hope Children's Foundation.

10: Belle City Brew Fest, Racine, WI

The 2014 Belle City Brew Fest will be held at the Racine Civic Center. This afternoon event will feature more than 100 craft beers, along with a selection of ciders. There will also be a homebrewing competition, a beer educational program, live music by Bella Cain, and food for purchase.

10: BrewFest at Mount Hope, Manheim, PA

The sixth annual BrewFest at Mount Hope will be held at historic Mount Hope Estate, on the grounds of the Pennsylvania Renaissance Festival in Manheim. There will be afternoon and evening tasting sessions, each with beer from more than 30 breweries, most of them from Pennsylvania and nearby states. In addition, there will be live entertainment, food for purchase, an educational program, a homebrew competition, and merchandise vendors.

10: Central Valley Brewfest, Turlock, CA

The second annual Central Valley Brewfest will be held at the Stanislaus County Fair Grounds in Turlock. This afternoon event will feature more than 100 beers from from over 35 breweries, many of them from California. There will also be live music, and artwork by the Peer Recovery Art Project will be available for purchase.

10: Furniture City Beer Festival, High Point, NC

The 2014 Furniture City Beer Festival will take place at Festival Park at Oak Hollow in High Point. This afternoon event, which is part of the Great American Craft Beer Tour, will feature around 150 beers from 50 breweries, many of them local. There will also be live music, and food will be available for purchase. VIP tickets, with early admission, are available.

10: Garden State Brew Fest, Berkeley Heights, NJ

The 2014 Garden State Brew Fest will be held at Mt. Carmel Fairgrounds in Berkeley Heights. This afternoon event will feature beer from more than 50 local craft breweries, along with a "strange Brews" tent with rare and unusual beer. Live bands will perform, and food and merchandise vendors will be at the festival site. VIP tickets, with early admission and a special beer and food pairing, are available. This year's event will support Hurricane Sandy relief.

10: Great Petaluma Chili Cookoff, Salsa and Beer Tasting, Petaluma, CA

The Cinnabar Theater Young Repertory Company presents the 17th annual Great Petaluma Chili Cookoff, Salsa and Beer Tasting, which will take place at Herzog Hall in Behren's Park on the Sonoma-Marin Fairgrounds. This afternoon event will feature beer from 14 Bay Area and West Coast microbreweries. Fifty-five teams will prepare chilis and salsas and take part in a judged competition. There will also be live entertainment. The festival is a fund-raiser for the theater's children's programs.

10: Greater Northeast Philadelphia Beer Festival, Philadelphia, PA

The fourth annual Greater Northeast Philadelphia Beer Festival will be held at Cannstatter Volkfest Verein. This afternoon outdoor event will feature more than 60 beers, with brewers in attendance. Festival-goers are invited to vote for best beer of the festival. There will also be live bands, and food and merchandise vendors.

10-11: Ludlow Food Festival, Ludlow, England

The 2014 Ludlow Spring Food Festival will be held on the grounds of historic Ludlow Castle. This event, produced with the cooperation of the Society of Independent Brewers, will feature more than 150 Real Ales from over 50 small breweries from the West and Wales, along with a selection of other drinks. Dozens of producers will sell food, including local sausages and bread, with hands-on food-making demonstration. There will also be live music inside the castle. The beer festival coincides with the Marches Transport Festival, and 180 classic cars will be on display.

10: Microbrew Festival on the Pecos, Carlsbad, NM

The Carlsbad Chamber of Commerce presents the inaugural Microbrew Festival on the Pecos, which will take place at the Pecos River Village Conference Center. This afternoon/evening event will feature beer from six New Mexico breweries. There will also be live music, specialty food vendors and other food for purchase, and the Backyard Burger Challenge.

10: New Brew Fest--Boulder County, Niwot, CO

Colorado Beer Trail presents New Brew Fest--Boulder County, which will take place at Whistle Stop Park in Niwot. This afternoon event will feature more than 70 craft beers and ciders from over 25 breweries, all of which have been in existence less than five years. Four live bands are scheduled to perform. VIP tickets, with early admission and cheese and chocolate sampling, are available. There will be an after-party at Bootstrap Brewing Company in Niwot.

10: North Carolina Brewers and Music Festival, Huntersville, NC

Rural Hill, a historic site in Huntersville, will host the fourth annual North Carolina Brewers and Music Festival. This all-day event will include a three-hour tasting session, with beer from more than 25 breweries, mostly from North Carolina and the Southeast. There will also be a beer education program, music from six bands, food and merchandise vendors, and children's activities. Camping is available at the festival site. Proceeds will go toward the preservation and advancement of Rural Hill.

10: North Texas Beer Festival, Irving, TX

Archer Productions presents the fourth annual North Texas Beer Festival, which returns to the Irving Convention Center in Las Colinas. This afternoon event will feature hundreds of domestic and imported beers from dozens of breweries, served in an open-air beer garden. There will also be homebrewing classes, keynote speakers, live music, culinary demonstrations, and food for purchase.

10: Pints for Pets Brewfest, Altoona, PA

The seventh annual Pints for Pets Brewfest will be held on the mezzanine level of the Blair County Ballpark in Altoona. There will be afternoon and evening tasting sessions, each with beer from more than 80 domestic and overseas breweries. Several local bands will perform, and the ballpark's concession stands will be open. All proceeds will go to the Central Pennsylvania Humane Society.

10-18: San Antonio Beer Week, San Antonio, TX

The fourth annual San Antonio Beer Week will take place at breweries, bars, restaurants, stores, and other venues in and around San Antonio. Events will include a special night at each of the San Antonio-area breweries, beer dinners and tastings, walking and bus pub crawls, a pro-am brewing competition, a lineup of speakers, and numerous special beers.

10: Virginia Hops and Barley Festival, Midlothian, VA

The Powhatan Rotary Club presents the fourth annual Virginia Hops and Barley Festival, which will take place at Historic Malvern in Midlothian. This afternoon/evening event will feature more than 30 Virginia-brewed beers, including several small-batch selections, along with Virginia wines. Local bands will perform, and food vendors will be on-site. VIP tickets, with a special tented area and complimentary food, are available.

10: Wicken Beer Festival, Wicken, England

The 2014 Wicken Beer Festival will be held at the Wicken Recreation Ground. This evening event will feature a variety of Real Ales (there were 20 at recent editions of this festival), along with Real Lagers, ciders, and wine. There will be live music under two marquees; and barbecue, sausages, and burgers will be available for purchase. Admission and parking are free. The festival is a fund-raiser to improve the Recreation Ground.

The Katy Rotary Club presents the third annual Wild West Brewfest, which will take place at the Villagio Town Center. This afternoon event will feature beer from 25 craft breweries. Two live bands are scheduled to perform, and there will be a homebrewing competition, food for purchase, and games. VIP tickets, with early admission and complimentary food, are available. The festival is a fund-raiser for a number of local charities.

11-18: Oklahoma City Beer Week, Oklahoma City, OK

The Brewers Association presents American Craft Beer Week 2014, which will take place at establishments across the country. 13-14: Fremont Toyota Lander Brew Festival, Lander, WY

Fremont Toyota presents the 2014 Lander Brew Festival, which will take place at soccer fields next to Lander Valley High School. The two-day event will feature an assortment of microbrewed beer (recent festivals have featured around 50 beers from more than 15 breweries). 15-17: Barrow Hill Rail Ale and Cider Festival, Barrow Hill, England

Barrow Hill Roundhouse, Britain's only surviving operation of its kind, will host the 13th annual Rail Ale and Cider Festival. Organizers expect to have more than 200 ales (including gluten-free selections), along with ciders and continental bottled beers. Beer Under Glass returns to the Conservatory in Chicago's Garfield Park. 15-25: Chicago Craft Beer Week, Chicago, IL

The fifth annual Chicago Craft Beer Week will be celebrated at more than 300 breweries, bars, restaurants, stores, and other venues in and around Chicago. This event's theme is "Chicago: A City of Neighborhoods," with venues divided into multiple neighborhoods plus the suburbs. Chicago Beer Week kicks off with Beer Under Glass, and will wrap up with a closing party. Other events will include beer dinners and beer and food pairings, tours, meet-the-brewer events, release parties, tap takeovers, tastings, and specially-priced drinks.

15-31: Czech Beer Festival, Prague, Czech Republic

The seventh annual Czech Beer Festival will be held at Letna in Prague. This 17-day celebration will feature more than 70 Czech beers, served in glass pitchers by costumed servers. There will also be a wide range of food from local chefs, pork and beef butchers, delicatessens, bakers, and confectioners. LIve bands will perform inside three tents, and this year's entertainment will include a "Rock'n'Beer Fest" battle of the bands.

15-17: Kingston Beer & Cider Festival, Kingston, England

The Kingston & Leatherhead Branch of the Campaign for Real Ale presents the 2014 Kingston Beer & Cider Festival, which will take place at the Kingston Workmen's Club and Institute. This year's festival celebrates the 100th anniversary of the Kingston-built Sopwith Tabloid seaplane winning the Schneider Trophy. It will feature more than 50 Real Ales, many of them local, along with 12 ciders and perries. Hot and cold food will be available for purchase.

16: Big Brews and Blues for Diabetes, Dayton, OH

The fifth annual Big Brews and Blues for Diabetes will be held at Carillon Historical Park in Dayton. This evening event, which is a fund-raiser for Diabetes Dayton, will feature 60 craft beers, including many from breweries in the Miami Valley. Three live blues acts are scheduled to perform, and local food will be available for tasting.

16-17: Brewer's Memorial Ale Fest, Newport, OR

Rogue Ales presents the eighth annual Brewer's Memorial Ale Fest, which will take place inside the brewery in Newport. The dog-friendly event, which honors brewmaster John Maier's faithful companion Brewer who passed away in 2006, will feature more than 50 craft beers. There will also be live music and canine activities, including Doggy Musical Chairs, Dog Wash, Dog Dancing, and Celebrity Dog Look-Alikes. The festival will benefit the Central Coast Humane Society and Oregon Coast Therapy Animals.

The sixth annual Jacksonville Craft & Import Beer Festival will take place at the Jacksonville Veterans Memorial Arena. The evening event will feature more than 350 beers from over 45 breweries. The Frankenmuth Jaycees present the 2014 World Expo of Beer, which will take place at Heritage Park. This two-day community fund-raiser will feature more than 300 beers from around the world, including many brewed in Michigan. The Western Sussex Branch of the Campaign for Real Ale presents the 25th annual Yapton Beerex, which will take place in the Yapton Village Hall. SanTan Brewing presents the fourth annual Ameri"Can" Canned Craft Beer Festival, which will take place at the Scottsdale Civic Center. The 28th annual California Festival of Beers will be held at Madonna Inn Meadows in San Luis Obispo. There will be a Connoisseur Tasting Friday evening and a Grand Tasting Saturday afternoon. The third annual Central Oregon Beer Week will take place at breweries, bars, restaurants, stores, and other venues in central Oregon. With 24 breweries, the region ranks near the top in breweries per capita in America. Events during this nine-day celebration include the Bend Ale Trail, along with beer dinners, meet-the-brewer events, pub crawls, trivia contests, beer releases, and special tastings.

23-25: Latviabeerfest, Riga, Latvia

The fourth annual Latviabeerfest will be held in Vermanes Garden in Riga. This international exposition and festival will feature more than 150 beers from throughout Europe, including 36 beers brewed in Latvia. There will also be a variety of live music; entertainment, including games and competitions; and children's activities.

23-25: Newark Beer Festival, Newark, England

The Newark Branch of the Campaign for Real Ale presents the 19th annual Newark Beer Festival, which will take place at Riverside Park on the banks of the River Trent. This three-day event will feature around 150 traditionally-crafted beers, along with a selection of Real Ciders, perries, and locally-made country wines. There will be live entertainment, including musical acts and pub quizzes; and food will be available for purchase.

23-24: Southwick Beer Festival, Southwick, England

The Southwick Community Centre will host the 11th annual Southwick Beer Festival. This two-day event will feature more than 60 ales and ciders, two food options, alternative refreshments, and live entertainment throughout the weekend. The festival is a fund-raiser for the Community Centre's charity.

24-25: Brew at the Zoo, Baltimore, MD

BBB&T presents Brew at the Zoo, which will take place at the Waterfowl Lake in the Maryland Zoo in Baltimore. This two-day event will feature more than 50 beers, many of them brewed in Maryland. The 22nd annual Great Alaska Craft Beer and Homebrew Festival will be held in Dalton City on the Southeast Alaska State Fairgrounds in Haines. This afternoon event will feature craft beer from breweries around the state and region. There will also be live music, food, and games. A five-course brewers' dinner will take place in Harriett Hall the evening before the tasting itself.

24-25: LS6 Beer Festival, Leeds, England

The fourth LS6 Beer Festival will be held at Left Bank Leeds, an arts and events venue. This two-day event will feature a selection of new, local, and different beers, along with ciders and perries. Entertainment will include live music, Morris dancers, and pub games; and street food will be available. Part of the proceeds will be donated to Mind, the mental health charity.

24-25: North Carolina Hops and Roots Fest, Pittsboro, NC

The fourth annual North Carolina Hops and Roots Fest will be held at the Shakori Hills Community Arts Center in Pittsboro. This family-friendly event, which has been expanded to two days, will feature a selection of North Carolina beers, wines, and spirits. There will also be a judged homebrewing competition, blues and roots performers, and locally-sourced food prepared by chefs from the area. Proceeds will benefit NC Blues in the Schools.

24-26: Royal Oak Beer and Sausage Festival, Cheltenham, England

The Royal Oak, a CAMRA-recommended public house in Cheltenham, will host its 14th annual Beer and Sausage Festival. This three-day event will feature more than 20 micro and craft ales, along with a range of sausages.

24: San Francisco International Beer Festival, San Francisco, CA

The 31st annual San Francisco International Beer Festival will be held in the Festival Pavilion at San Francisco's Fort Mason. This evening event will feature hundreds of beers from over 100 breweries from around the world, along with food from some of San Francisco's best restaurants. Brewmaster tickets, with early admission and a special selection of beers, are available. Proceeds will go to the teaching and learning programs at the Telegraph Hill Cooperative Nursery School.

24: ValleyFest Beer and Wine Festival, McGaheysville, VA

The Harrisonburg-Rockingham Chamber of Commerce resents the 2014 ValleyFest Beer and Wine Festival, which will take place at Massanutten Resort in McGaheysville. This all-afternoon event will feature a variety of beers and wines, much of them from the Shenandoah Valley. There will also be live music and dancing, food vendors, and craft items for sale.

24-25: Weekend of Spontaneous Fermentation, Buggenhout, Belgium

The Opstalse Bierpallieters, a branch of Zythos, the Belgian beer consumers' organization, presents the 23rd annual Weekend of Spontaneous Fermentation. It will take place at Tapperij Beukenhof in Buggenhout. This is a unique event, with a lineup of 70 beers dominated by lambic-based beers, all from independent lambic brewers and blenders. Transportation is available between the festival venue and nearby railway stations, and admission to the event is free.

25: Albuquerque Blues & Brews, Albuquerque, NM

Feel Good Festivals presents Albuquerque Blues & Brews 2014, which will take place at a new venue, the Sandia Resort and Casino. This afternoon event will feature beer from dozens of craft breweries. Beer Advocate magazine and Harpoon Brewery present the seventh annual American Craft Beer Fest, which will take place at the Seaport World Trade Center in Boston. This two-day, three-session event, which organizers describe as the East Coast's largest celebration of American craft beer, will feature more than 640 beers from over 140 American breweries.

The fourth annual Frederick Beer Week, which will take place at breweries, bars, restaurants, stores, and other venues in and around Frederick. The headline event is the Maryland Craft Beer Festival, and Beer Week will close with Beerfest at the Farm. There will be many other events such as beer dinners and beer and food pairings, tours, meet-the-brewer events, release parties, tap takeovers, tastings, and specially-priced drinks.

30-31: North Leeds Charity Beer Festival, Leeds, England

The Rotary Club of Roundhay and Lord Mayor of Leeds present the third annual North Leeds Charity Beer Festival, which will take place at the Community Hall of St Aidan’s Church in Leeds. The theme for this year's event is the Tour De France, which will begin in the area. Organizers will have 17 Yorkshire beers and 11 wood-aged beers from Leeds, along with a range of ciders and wines. There will be live music, and hot and cold food will be available for purchase.

30-June 8: Philly Beer Week, Philadelphia, PA

The seventh annual Philly Beer Week will take place at breweries, bars, restaurants, stores, and other venues in and around Philadelphia. It traditionally kicks off with the Opening Tap. Other headline events will include the Hammer of Glory Relay and the International Great Beer Expo. There were hundreds of other events including beer dinners and beer and food pairings, tours, meet-the-brewer events, release parties, tap takeovers, tastings, and specially-priced drinks.

31: Beer for Birds, Indianapolis, IN

The Pheasants Forever region of Indiana presents Beer for Birds 2014, which will take place at eventzPLUS in Indianapolis. This evening event will feature more than 40 beers from over ten breweries. Two local musical acts will perform, and food trucks will be at the festival site. Proceeds will help preserve habitat for pheasants, quail, and other wildlife.

31: The Big Tap-In Real Craft Beer Festival, Boardman, OH

The fifth annual Big Tap In Real Craft Beer Festival will take place at the Shepherd Event Center in Boardman. This late-afternoon event, which organizers describe as "the biggest craft beer festival between Pittsburgh and Cleveland," will feature beer from more than 75 breweries, many of them local. There will also be entertainers, food vendors, and local artists. Proceeds will benefit Making Kids Count, Inc.

31: City Pages Beer Festival, Minneapolis, MN

MGM presents the 22nd annual City Pages Beer Festival, which will take place at 10th and Hennepin, near the downtown theater district. This evening outdoor event will feature beer from a variety of domestic and foreign breweries (40 were represented in recent years). There will also be live music, food for purchase, and free mechanical bull rides. VIP tickets, with early admission and a food buffet, are available. Part of the proceeds will go to Finnegans.

31: Firestone Walker Invitational Beer Fest, Paso Robles, CA

The third annual Firestone Walker Invitational Beer Fest will be held at the Pasa Robles Event Center. This afternoon event will feature beer from more than 40 domestic and foreign breweries, many of them from California. There will also be live music, food from more than 20 Central Coast restaurants; and a "Behind the Beer Sessions" educational program. The festival is a benefit for the Pioneer Day committee, which is dedicated to preserving the history and culture of Paso Robles.

31: Front Range Rally, Loveland, CO

The 2014 Front Range Rally will be held at Loveland Food Share. This afternoon event will feature more than 100 beers from over 30 breweries. At least a dozen food trucks will be at the festival site. VIP tickets, with early admission and a special selection of beers, are available. All proceeds will go to Food Bank for Larimer County.

31: Grayslake Craft Beer Festival, Grayslake, IL

The 2014 Grayslake Craft Beer Festival will be held at the Grayslake Festival Grounds. This afternoon event will feature more than 100 beers from over 30 breweries, many of them from the Chicago area. There will be live music, and food will be available for purchase. VIP tickets, with early admission and complimentary appetizers, are available. All proceeds of the will go toward college scholarships.

31: Hot Springs Craft Beer Festival, Hot Springs, AR

The Spa City Blues Society presents the 2014 Hot Springs Craft Beer Festival, which will take place downtown at Hill Wheatley Plaza. This evening event will feature craft beers from around 25 breweries, many of them from Arkansas and surrounding states, along with food prepared by local restaurants. Proceeds will go to local charities as well as the society's Blues Festival.

31: International Great Beer Expo @ the Philadelphia Navy Yard, Philadelphia, PA

Starfish Junction Production presents the sixth annual International Great Beer Expo @ the Philadelphia Navy Yard. This afternoon event will be held under a heated tent on the Marine Parade Grounds. It will feature more than 100 beers from over 50 breweries, along with a beer education program, and food and merchandise vendors. VIP tickets, with early admission, are available.

The fourth annual PBS39 MicroBrew Festival will be held at Coca-Cola Park in Allentown. This afternoon event, which benefits WLVT-TV, the area's public broadcasting station, will feature more than 100 craft beers. There will also be live music and food and merchandise vendors. VIP tickets, with early admission, are available. Proceeds will benefit the station's educational programs.

31: St. Michaels Brew Festival, St. Michaels, MD

The inaugural St. Michaels, Maryland, Brew Festival will be held at three locations in downtown St. Michaels. This afternoon event will feature more than 40 beers, many of them brewed in Maryland and Delaware, and brewery representatives will be on hand. There will also be live music, and local food will be available.

31: Sea Isle City Craft Beer and Rock Fest, Sea Isle City, NJ

The Sea Isle City Craft Beer and Rock Festival will be held on the lot next to Kix McNutley’s. This late-afternoon event will feature more than 100 craft beers. Part of the proceeds will benefit the Sea Isle City Chamber of Commerce.
